"Everything You Know About Organizational Behavior You Learned in High School" is a book about the parallels between the social structures we experienced as teenagers and how those can affect our workplace interactions in adulthood, with simple prescriptions to smooth out these conflicts and behaviors.
The author wanted the cover to illustrate this school/corporate blend, so I sketched and presented several concepts in a range of styles that I thought hit upon this idea. The chosen concept features an array of office workers that resemble high school archetypes (e.g. The Jock, The Bully, The Popular Girl, etc.)
